The General Department of Immigration (GDI) at the Ministry of the Interior has emphasised that "www.arrival.gov.kh" and the "Cambodia e-Arrival" app are the only official digital platforms for the Cambodia e-Arrival Card.
The GDI issued a statement yesterday, clarifying that "Cambodia-e-arrival.online" is not a legitimate website recognised by the Royal Government or operated by the GDI.The statement emphasised that there is no service fee required for using "www.arrival.gov.kh" or the "Cambodia e-Arrival" app for completing the electronic entry permit system to the Kingdom of Cambodia, with the exception of the visa fee.
In the event of any suspicion or irregularity, travellers are advised to contact the GDI's HOTLINE number, Facebook page, and other social media channels directly.
The GDI has therefore announced its rejection of any illegal websites or apps that may damage its reputation, especially the image of Cambodia, and requests that travellers exercise extreme caution when using electronic systems.
