On Friday 6th September, Sofitel Angkor Phokeethra Golf & Spa Resort, in partnership with Mekong Fine Food will host an exclusive dinner with the acclaimed Iron Chef Michael Bao Huynh at Mouhot’s Dream, the hotel’s awards winning restaurant.

Experience French-Vietnamese fusion cuisine, during an exclusive dinner lead by the Iron Chef 𝐌𝐢𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐞𝐥 𝐁𝐚𝐨 𝐇𝐮𝐲𝐧𝐡. From New York to Saigon, discover the inspired cuisine of the Celebrity chef. Blending the delicate flavors of French cuisine with the vibrant and aromatic ingredients of Vietnamese cuisine, creating a harmonious and innovative menu.

Participant of the famous TV show Iron Chef, nominee by New York Magazine in the category ''Best Chef'' and private chef for many celebrities as Naomi Campbell, Mick Jagger or Usher, he is one of the most renowned Vietnamese-American chef.

About Michael Bao Huynh

The multiple award winning Chef, Michael Bao Huynh started his culinary experience at the age of 11 in his mother’s restaurant. At just 16, he left his home country alone to lay the groundwork for his family's future emigration. Settling in the Catskills, he worked at an Italian restaurant owned by his foster parents while finishing his teenage years. Michael Bao Huynh has opened a few restaurants, including OBao, Pho Sure, Barbao and more, each with a unique concept and thoughtfully crafted menu, reflecting the chef’s fusion culinary style of his local cuisine. Chef Michael Bao Huynh first introduced the fusion culinary style, a style that requires understanding of different culinary cultures around the world, to the people of New York City.
