Novotel Phnom Penh BKK 1 are hosting their Basque buffet on 16th and 17th August this year, an exciting and inaugural event that promises to celebrate Basque gastronomy and cuisine.

With over 20 years in the industry, Fernando has both Basque heritage and abundant gastronomic experience, he has immersed himself in the local Cambodian culinary scene, dedicating himself to sourcing the best produce, with an emphasis on sustainability and supporting local farmers and producers.
There will be 2 separate but equally enjoyable opportunities to explore Basque cuisine with Novotel Phnom Penh BKK 1 and Chef Fernando on the 16th and 17th of August, these opportunities are presented as part of the Accor Discover Cambodia initiative running throughout the month of August.
On 16th August Novotel Phnom Penh BKK 1 will host a Basque buffet dinner at Makila restaurant, featuring musical entertainment from Cambodian singer Miss Saravan, with a focus on Cambodian musical heyday of the 1960’s, mixed with a rock and roll vibe, the buffet will offer Basque cuisine with something for everyone.
The Basque buffet brunch will follow on the morning from 11 am – 3 pm of 17th August, and will be replete with entertainment, a celebration of the golden era in the Kingdom, while serving up everything from hearty breakfasts to lighter fare.
