Ingredients (Serves four)
One ripe jackfruit, finely chopped
Two hundred grams of rice
A quarter of a litre of fluid coconut milk and coconut cream
Four tablespoons sugar
A pinch of salt
Preparation
Soak the rice in lukewarm water for two hours and drain.
Steam the rice for thirty minutes
In a bowl, pour the rice mixed with the coconut milk, sugar and salt
Pour into four bowls and leave to cool
Scatter over the chopped jackfruit
Add the coconut cream and serve cold
