Leading international brands such as Aeon Mall and Raffles Hotel are also establishing a strong presence in the city. The City Center 2 project is set to reshape Phnom Penh's skyline with modern office towers and high-end residences, reinforcing its status as a key business centre in the region. The Global Tech Exchange, a district specialising in technological innovation, aims to attract international technology companies and foster a dynamic ecosystem of start-ups, which could improve Phnom Penh's attractiveness as a business location”
