This programme has been created by the Royal Government to foster the development of a vibrant entrepreneurial ecosystem in Cambodia.
The programme will equip participants with the skills they need to succeed in the modern business landscape. It will cover key areas such as entrepreneurial leadership, business management, innovation, commercialisation, and scaling.
The programme's curriculum has been designed to address the multifaceted needs of entrepreneurs and business professionals. NextGen Enterprise offers four key components:
Skills gap assessments to identify participants' strengths and areas for development
Training modules covering entrepreneurial leadership, business management, innovation, commercialisation and scaling
Personalised coaching sessions to provide tailored guidance and support, as well as to foster collaboration and peer-to-peer learning
A masterclass to facilitate knowledge sharing and expand professional connections
