The teams at Topaz Norodom and The Commune have been working hard to come up with some exceptional menus for the end of the year, and have now unveiled an incredible five-course menu for Christmas Eve and Christmas Day (24 and 25 December)!
As an amuse-bouche, you'll be treated to a delightful trio of delicacies: a macaroon with foie gras, a fresh oyster with salmon eggs, and a caviar with a Baronne du Chatelard Crémant de Bourgogne NV, Burgundy, France.
For your first course, you'll enjoy a fresh duck liver, foie gras and lobster dish with a Louis Sipp Gewürztraminer 2018 from Alsace in France.
Now for the fish course, a blue lobster thermidor sauce with a touch of Gruyère, paired with the Baronne du Chatelard Cuvée Les Pierres Blanches Chardonnay 2020, Burgundy, 2024.
And now for the main event! Beef Wellington with Truffled Pursat Potato Purée with La Demoiselle de Sociando-Mallet 2016, Haut-Médoc, France
For the cheese, Walnut Salad with Blue Cheese with a Mas Amiel, Maury Vin Doux Naturel Vintage Réserve 2018, Languedoc-Roussillon, France
And finally, for dessert, the incredible Chestnut Mont Blanc with Spiced Chocolate Ganache paired with a Mas Amiel, Maury Vin Doux Naturel Vintage Réserve 2018, Languedoc-Roussillon, France.
