First Lady Lok Chumteav Dr. PICH. Chanmony HUN Manet participates in the yoga and meditation program at Angkor

On the morning of 02 June 2024, the Cambodia Kantha Bopha Foundation organized the yoga and meditation program at the Angkor Wat Temple with the participation of First Lady Lok Chumteav Dr. PICH. Chanmony HUN Manet, President of the Foundation and about 100 members.

Lok Chumteav Dr. PICH. Chanmony HUN Manet stated that this is the first time the Cambodia Kantha Bopha Foundation has organised a yoga and meditation programme at Angkor Wat, a place of worship for the Cambodian people. This programme is designed to bring people together in prayer for happiness and to raise funds for the Cambodia Kantha Bopha Foundation, which helps Cambodian children. It also encourages people to take care of their mental and physical health, and to embrace peace.

Lok Chumteav also thanked the Cambodia Kantha Bopha Foundation for organising this important event and thanked all the donors who contributed to the Cambodia Kantha Bopha Foundation to support the operation of Kantha Bopha Hospital. This support helps all children in the spirit of “Khmer Help Khmer” for the smiles of children, which is the bright future of Cambodia.
