Cambodia & Tourism: Encouraging start for the Cambodia e-Arrival application

Since its launch at the beginning of September 2024, more than 400,000 passengers have accessed the Cambodia e-Arrival application and 200,000 have downloaded it.

At least 420,000 users have so far accessed the application, which was officially launched at all the country's international airports on 1 September 2024. These figures were released by H.E. Touch Sokhak, Deputy Spokesperson of the Ministry of Interior.

The Cambodia e-Arrival system saves visitors time by allowing them to complete immigration information in advance, as well as visa on arrival applications, customs reports and health declarations.

Travellers can complete the information seven days before departure in seven different languages, and the system is easily accessible via the Cambodia e-Arrival app or the https://interior.gov.kh/tech_application_suite website.

“Cambodia e-Arrival is another achievement of the Royal Government in its efforts to attract tourists and investors and enhance security in the digital environment,” added H.E. Touch Sokhak, adding that the Ministry of Interior would also introduce the system at international border crossings and other ports of entry in the near future.
