Attention all expats and tourists planning to visit Cambodia, from 1 July 2024, the country will introduce a new mandatory e-immigration system to streamline the arrival process and improve the travel experience.

• All travellers must complete an online e-immigration application within 7 days of arrival.

• Application can be made via the e-immigration app or website (arrival.gov.kh)

• E-arrival card replaces traditional paper immigration, health and customs forms

• Visas are still required and can be obtained in advance or on arrival

• Fast track visa service still available, but e-immigration process still mandatory

How to apply:

• Download the e-immigration app (available on Google Play Store and iOS App Store) or visit the website.

• Register by uploading a photo and passport details

• Complete the e-arrival card, including travel details, health and customs declarations

• Save the generated QR code to your phone for verification

Important reminder:

Complete the e-immigration application within 7 days of arrival.

If not completed before arrival, use the tablets provided in the arrivals hall

Immigration officers will assist Fast Track Visa users with the e-immigration process
