A quick and easy recipe for a side dish or starter, to be served chilled or at room temperature according to preference.
Ingredients (for two people)
Two large ripe mangoes, peeled, pitted and diced
A tablespoon of fresh lemon juice
A quarter of a cup of chopped coriander
One green onion, chopped
Half a teaspoon of salt
Four chopped red chillies
Preparation
Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until creamy.
For a heartier salad, mix the chopped ingredients together in a bowl
