On Saturday 10th August, Sofitel Angkor Phokeethra Golf & Spa Resort will host an exclusive Michelin Star Dinner with the Guest Chef Mathieu Boutroy at Mouhot’s Dream, the hotel’s French fine dining restaurant.
Mathieu Boutroy enjoys working with both fish and meat and is a master of working with acidity, even making his own vinegars. Now, he owns the gastronomic restaurant ‘’Le Cerisier’’, located in the old quarter of Lille, in France and has obtained one Michelin Star in 2021.

Chef Mathieu Boutroy who has worked in various Michelin-starred restaurants and in the kitchens of renowned restaurants in Brazil, New York, Beirut, Quito and Bangkok shared ‘’I am excited to introduce my cuisine for the very first time in Cambodia.
